  I don't like how I handled the story.

  I've been working on a few other stories since the last time I posted anything here, and I think I've learned a lot—enough to make me see that, although the current story does feel like it's going towards somewhere, I feel that I'd set myself up for failure since the start.

  Long story short, I'm putting my head into rewriting the story—plot, pacing, characterization and all. It will still remain a hyper-urban zombie apocalypse setting with fantastical elements and over-the-top action, albeit I will be investing more into dimensioning my characters properly, and most importantly, I will be beginning from the start.

  I'll post a new update in this fic once I begin work on the rewrite so y'all get notified. Sounds like it'll be a year before I do that, though.
