This is the Character Sheet for Guardian 01, Leonidas.
At Level 1 Leonidas starts with the same Stats as all Guardians:

Systems: 5 (Systems are how many additional pieces of equipment the Guardian can operate at once. It increases by 5 on level ups.)
Actuators: 1 (Actuators determines the raw strength of The Guardian, and increases by 1 on level ups.)
Engines:0 (Engines determine the speed and maneuverability of The Guardian and increase by 1 on level ups.)

After successfully completing a wave, Leonidas levels up and upgrades his equipment. Additionally his stats all have a chance to increase. After that level up his stats now look like this:

His engines increased, but not much else did. This shouldn't be a surprise, 01 is designed to be a speedy mech.
After increasing stats we'll check to see if any of his Equipment has leveled up.
We'll see that under each of his skills is a Level Up Challenge, which indicates what he'll need to do to level a piece of equipment. We can see that his Lightning Reflexes requires him to dodge 5 attacks, but this fight he only dodged 4. His progress will remain between fights, and he's sure to level it up next time.
After Leveling Up Equipment we'll pick a new skill for him. See that he wasn't able to level his systems up this time, we may be restricted about what we can choose, or we might have to swap out parts. Let's see what we got.

Effect: This two barrel anti-aircraft weapon is fixed to the back of the 01 Mech, and autonomously tracks and shoots enemy airborne units. Each round this gun can act on it's own to fire at an airborne target. The Pilot can also use their turn to aim or fire an additional shot.

Effect: The Guardian's Mouth unit is equipped with a pair of saber tooth shaped weapons. These teeth discharge a current of electricity frying organic matter and electrical components when dug into an enemy unit. When equipped The Guardians is considered to have a weapon.

System Requirements: 3
Effect: The Guardian is retrofitted with quicker transitory mechanisms, allowing it to make use of the momentum gathered during the lead up to an attack. When activated if The Guardian had to move to attack their opponent, they can add their Engine rating to the damage calculation of the attack.
