“Oh no, he is bleeding.” Zhen lost his cool when he turned around to see Kenji bleeding all over.

  He hurriedly took out a grade 2 healing potion, wiped the blood that Kenji coughed up, and poured the whole potion down his throat.

  As the complexion of Kenji's face improved a little, Zhen used his C-rank skill [Shield] to make a platform and carefully placed Kenji on it with Anon's help.

  “Can you make it wider so that we all can stay on it?” Anon asked.

  Taking the money, Kenji changed his clothes and headed to the front desk to pay the bill.

  “Why are you going to pay? Shouldn't that Zhen guy cover it? After all, half of our earnings goes to the ‘Party Fund’.” Keni wasn't a little bit happy with the 12 gold coins that Zhen gave them.

  He was the one who killed the majority of the Frog Warriors, but when it came to the spoils, he had to split them four ways.

  “But…” Keni's words made sense; however, Kenji didn't want to upset Zhen, as the bill wouldn't cost that much anyway.

  “That will be 24 gold coins. Would you like to make installments?” The Fairy's voice was somewhat shaky when she finished scanning him using her soul power.

  By now, the news of Kenji having two souls had already spread throughout the Ancient World, and many Fairies wanted to personally see him to confirm the rumors.

  “That's it, I am not doing it.” Keni took over the body and walked straight to Zhen.

  “Pay this.” Saying so, Keni handed over the small bill.

  “Bill? Why would I pay your bill?” Kenji's words made Zhen upset. How dare he talk to him in such a tone.

  “If not you, who will pay for it? I killed the most Frog Warriors, and when I was injured, you insisted on going back.” Keni wasn't fazed by the furious look on Zhen's face and spoke his heart.

  “You…” Keni's words touched Zhen's ego, as he never liked his subordinates talking to him in such a tone.

  “Fine, I will pay.” After some thinking, Zhen decided to take a step back.

  Kenji was a valuable combat force, and he couldn't just kick him out of the party.

  As Zhen went to pay the bill, Keni left the clinic, quite pleased with himself.

  Leaving the clinic, Kenji met up with Mary and shared his hunting experience from today.

  After having a light meal with Mary, Kenji headed for the Aqua Market, as Keni wanted to have street food.

  The next day, they once again went hunting Wing Frogs.

  “Don't you think it's enough?” Zhen asked, seeing the lightning arrows as big as him.

  “No, I am going to kill all these flying bastards with one shot.” Joon was really angry.

  Yesterday's leg injury cost him quite a lot. And today, he was going to take his revenge.

  Arriving at the pond, Joon compressed the massive lightning arrow, loaded it into his bow, took aim, and fired it at the centre of the pond.

  “KRA-KOW!!!” “KRA-KOW!!!”

  As the arrow struck the water, a loud thunder boom was heard, and soon the dead bodies of Wing Frogs started surfacing.

  “I think you killed everything in the pond,” Anon couldn't help but comment as he saw many Frog Warriors’ carcasses also floating on the pond's surface.

  But things couldn't be so easy. Soon, Frog Warriors began emerging from the water, and the fight began.

  “Keni… do your… thing.” As the number of Frog Warriors increased, Kenji had to let Keni use [Ki Ray].

  When things began to get out of control, Zhen ordered a retreat.

  After recovering, they returned and continued killing the Frog Warriors. After two hours of fighting, they finally cleared the whole pond.

  “Kenji, are you having problems with your hearing? Look at Joon's condition. I told you many times to help him, but you ignored my words. We are in a team, it's not a solo adventure. If you keep this attitude, then I am sorry; you have to leave the party.”

  The moment the last Frog Warrior dropped, Zhen exploded at Kenji. During the fight, Keni refused to listen to Zhen and kept fighting the Frog Warriors.

  “How am I supposed to help him when I can hardly stand on my own? Instead of asking me, shouldn't you have been the one to help him with that shield skill of yours?” Keni wasn't having Zhen's attitude.

  Clearly, he couldn't get away from the encirclement of the Frog Warriors, but Zhen kept asking him to help Joon. Meanwhile, he was the one with an impressive defensive skill and movement gift.

  “With your [Fast] gift, you could have easily reached Joon using any skill. Instead, you saved your Ki and didn’t help him. So, I have a question for you. Do you not care about his life?” In the blink of an eye, the situation was reversed.

  Even Anon and Joon looked at Zhen suspiciously for a moment before marking Keni’s words as nonsense.

  “Don't try to shift the blame onto me! It was your negligence. I was focused on handling a large group of Frog Warriors.”

  Hearing Keni's words, Zhen lost his cool for a moment, but he quickly found a counter.

  Although it was true that he could have helped Joon much more easily than Kenji. But then how was he going to find fault with Kenji and take revenge for yesterday?
