As long as the true Qi in the body is abundant, you can start opening up directly. When these 365 main acupoints are opened up, it has reached the high level of Tongmai period!

  The foundation-building period is the first pass of the cultivation path. When the human body starts to grow, it will store a large amount of impurities, toxins and garbage inside. For those who are in the high-level of the meridian-opening period, if they want to break through the foundation-building period, they must expel all these impurities, toxins and garbage out of the body, so as to achieve the effect of building the foundation for cultivation!

  The Qi-gathering period is a continuous process of absorbing and refining the essence of the universe, bringing the true energy within the body to its maximum and most refined state!

  The Huā Wù period is where the body's true Qi is deeply compressed to a misty degree, transforming all of the body's true Qi into a mist-like form.

  The Condensation Period is the second barrier on the path of cultivation. To break through, one must re-saturate and deeply compress the fog-like True Qi of the Xing attribute, condensing it into a solid state to become the Xing attribute True Yuan!

  Nourishing the soul period is when the true yuan enters the brain domain, nourishing the three souls and seven spirits, making them slowly grow stronger. Opening up soul energy, obtaining the method of applying spiritual consciousness, spiritual consciousness can explore, see through the surroundings within a hundred feet in all directions, without any omissions or blind spots.

  Refining the Soul is to condense and refine the True Origin of the Three Souls and Seven Spirits, and make them mutually connected. Open up the Sea of Consciousness, expand the range of spiritual awareness!

  The third pass of the cultivation path is to merge the three souls and seven spirits into one, form a soul pearl, blend with the sea of consciousness, and make intentions reach far!

  The integration period is when the body and soul pearl merge, reaching a state of unity between heaven and humanity!

  The period of proving the Tao is when one has realized one of the 3,000 great paths and verified it with the heart.
