Ebony hid in the cupboard, but she felt like she wasn't alone. She shook her head and looked at Acalia irritably.
"Yes, Acalia, what might be the problem this time?"
Acalia tilted her head. "Where's Pretty Boy?"
Ebony scoffed. "Which one? They're all good looking."
Acalia held her chin over her hands and placed her back legs together and rocked them. She smiled big. "The one that's the most innocent!"
Ebony scoffed again. "Who? Shadow? I don't know."
Acalia looked down sadly and pouted.

Zack looked around the treasure room for an escape. He searched through every brick, through every box...everything he can think of. Suddenly, he was startled by noises coming from up above. He prayed silently.
All of a sudden, the library floors began to open. He held his breath and grabbed a weapon. But, to his surprise, it was only Mica.
Zack felt relief, he pulled the lever behind him as Mica moved down the steps. The red eyed wolf looked around like it was home. "Ahh, great room huh?"
Zack whispered. "I guess you could say that."
Mica tilted his head. "So, what are you doing down here?"
Zack controlled his annoyance. "I'm looking for an escape."
Mica formed a crooked grin. "Escape? Well, you've come to the right place." The red eyed wolf walked up to a tall box next to Zack. "Love this....there's a passageway leading to our old base!"
Zack smiled. "Really?" He went over to where Mica stood and moved the big box and sure enough, there was a hidden hallway with a lantern lit.
Mica nodded proudly. "We dug out the tunnel leading into this room, so no one can know it was us that did it. Come, we can escape through there."
Zack had a troubling thought. "How do we get the others now? Is there another way to get to them without going back up through the passages?"
"That'll be a hell of a risk, just let them find their way..."
"I'm not leaving without them!" Zack retorted.
Mica sighed and shook his head.

Rose held her stance until she could hear Azazel's footsteps become less and less noticeable. She slowly looked behind the tree and indeed, he was no where to be seen.
Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings.
He won't stop until he finishes us off one by one!
Her anxiety was beginning to rise at the thought of no escape.....
Wait, that's it....they need to fully get off the premises. But, shit where would the others be? Should she teleport to a random location and retrieve them, or should she find a better path? Maybe it would be best that she find a new, safe location away from the castle, she was already outside...why not make the journey?
This is probably the stupidest thing I've done yet......

Max tip toed his way to the window and opened it. He looked down and noticed how seriously scared of heights he was, and also noticed that there was no ledge for him to stand on.
Shit! He IS going to have to get out the other way. He put his ear on the door, for any sign of Azazel. He heard nothing. He pulled out the key and unlocked the door and slowly the door creaked open. Max poked his head outside and indeed, no Azazel was there.
He crept down the halls and hugged every bit of wall he could find and looked behind the corner and continued his way down to the stairs. He needed to find that damn passageway. The closest one can be found near the library.
Suddenly, he heard the sound of a loud crash. It made him jump and his body shook with fear.
What the fuck was THAT?
He heard it again, this time...he heard the creepiest sound he could ever hear. The sound of some sort of monster that lurked downstairs. Something besides Azazel...that wasn't his voice. Azazel's voice is raspy and as sharp as scissors. He gulped. He heard the sound of the monster roar, and it scared him shitless. He ran to go hide. He opened a nearby cupboard and slipped inside.
He tried to hold his breath to slow the panting, but it didn't work. He's heard from folklore about these creatures that lived in the depths of forest. He was told about these giants that would roam the forests and wreak havoc, causing people to run because of the boulders the size of houses that were thrown. They would even pull big pine trees from the roots and bash hunters with them.
Did Azazel really have the gift of God to send giants their way?
The voice from the creature sounded angry, and cold. He gulped, and suddenly, he felt no longer safe in his hiding place. The small cupboard he squeezed himself in was getting smaller and smaller, as if they were closing in on him.
He couldn't breathe...but he had to stay quiet.

Shadow noticed Azazel making his way back to the castle. He hid behind the wall, before proceeding. He followed him into the main entrance.
An unknown fury surged through his now deep purple veins as he coldly stared Azazel down. He continued to follow him.
Azazel saw the sea of metal that surrounded him. Shadow noticed that he was examining a knight's weapon: an oversized spiked ball hooked to a chain. Azazel picked it up by the chain and swung it in Shadow's direction.
Shadow found himself screaming in hot anger, as he caught the spiked ball and sent it flying in Azazel's direction. The ball slammed itself into the wall, causing it to make a startling crash.
Shadow found himself looking at Acalia in the distance, screaming excitedly, "Choose me, choose me!"
He smirked at her and eventually, he found himself being the host for two spirits. He summoned the strength from Malakai and the elemental magic from Acalia.
He could feel himself change once again, to not just Malakai, but as Acalia. Azazel charged forward at him and immediately, with Acalia's earth magic, Shadow waved his hand at the brick wall, and slammed it on top of Azazel. Shadow's anger surged through him once again, and it caused his own voice to be warped as he roared.
Azazel groaned. "You....are FUCKING crazy!"
Shadow raced over there and planted ice magic in Azazel's arm, causing him to scream. With his anger, the blond necromancer pounded his fist in Azazel's face.
Azazel got up and wiped the blood coming from his nose. He made a sick laugh. "Oh, this is FUN! What else can you do, huh Necromancer?"
"This - " he changed into the black wolf and lunged at his target.
