  I finished eating while watg Syr w in the distance. Occasionally, she would turn to look at me, which made me a bit uneasy. Even though I'm strong, it's impossible not to feel nervous.

  Holy, this is dangerous.

  I don't want to get involved with this woman right now.

  'Maybe my skills have a signifit effe her, but I don't want to take the risk.'

  I left more mohan necessary oable and got up to leave. As I took quick steps toward the exit, I noticed Syr walking toward me, following me.

  As soon as I got outside, she called out to me.

  "Luan!"

  "Yes?" I turo her with a smile. Her eyes locked deeply onto mine. I looked bato her eyes and didn't look away. The ers of Syr's lips curved into a smile, and she spoke in a pleasant tone.

  "e back again sometime. I'd like to talk with you more. Even though we didn't talk much, I ehe versation."

  "Of course, I'll e back more often. Thank you for the meal."

  "See you ter." Syr waved as I walked away.

  I felt her gaze on my batil I turned into a nearby alley.

  After finishing my meal, I headed toward the mansion. I even sidered returning to my room to write more but decided against it.

  I reached the mansiorand found Ais standing before the gate.

  Something I had fotten came to mind when I saw her from a distance.

  Yes, I fot about our dinner again, even with a skill like [Vivid Memories EX]. I felt nervous. didn't want to approach her to talk. What excuse should I make up?

  That I was tired?

  I let out a long sigh and walked toward Ais with a smile.

  "Ais, it's great to see you here," I said.

  "Luan, I o talk to you." Ais looked at me seriously.

  Then, a system notification popped up.

  [ Attention! Ais is starting to feel upset! Her affe pertage is dropping drastically! ]

  "I'm sorry, Ais. It's my fault. I pletely fot about our dinner again. I stayed out te yesterday and was tired. I'm really sorry."

  I stopped trying to act cool and apologized. Even if it's pathetietimes you must bow your head to a woman and apologize.

  'Wait, is that pathetic? Why am I thinking like this?'

  "..." Ais stared at me with a ral expression. Then, she sighed and started walking. "I came here st night, but the Goddess told me you were tired. I thought about askio call you, but I decided not to."

  "The Goddess said that?"

  "Was it a lie?"

  I smiled bitterly. "She should have told me you were waiting for me, and I would definitely have remembered our dinner. I'll have a word with her ter."

  "Why? There's o worry about it. She did the right thing. She thought you were sleeping and didn't want to bother you."

  Evening came, and it was time for dinner. Of course, I informed Hestia about it. At first, she thought it wasn't a good idea, but in the end, she agreed.

  Naturally, I prepared the meal myself after buying plenty of ingredients.

  The table was full for the first time in a long while.

  Even though it was just me, Hestia, and Ais, there was so much food it fed over ten people.

  Wheable was ready, I noticed Ais's preseside. She didn't have to wait for me, as I went out to meet her. I saw Ais, and my heart skipped a beat because of her appearance.

  She was wearing a white dress and was beautifully made up. The wind pyed with her hair, making her even more attractive in my eyes. The moonlight illuminated her as if she were on a stage.

  I was breathless for a moment.

  "So beautiful," I said instinctively.

  I'm not sure if Ais heard me, but she immediately blushed.

  I approached and opehe gate.

  "e in. Goddess Hestia is waiting for us inside."

  "Excuse me."

  "Make yourself at home." I extended my hand to Ais, and she hesitantly took it.

  Her hand was cold.

  I led her inside, holding her hand. Wheia saw me holding her hand, Ais immediately let go and cleared her throat. "Sorry for the intrusion, Goddess Hestia," she said respectfully.

  Tsk!

  For a moment, I thought I heard Hestia click her tongue.

  I shot a stern look at Hestia, and she smiled. "Don't worry. You're always wele here," she said, f a smile at Ais.

  Ais seemed suspicious of her smile but said nothing.

  I sat across from Ais while Hestia sat beside me.

  Hestia looked at the two of us with evident irritation in her gaze.

  Of course, Ais noticed it.
