“You are interested in girls, right?” Lilith asked me.

  “WHAT!? Why are you asking me that” I said in surprise.

  “Well, I just want to know. You said you are a girl, and you are dating a girl. That would mean you are a lesbian”

  “Yes”

  “So, you are interested in girls?”

  “Yes…” I said, looking away for a second.

  Lilith seemed very happy hearing this. And a few seconds ter, she continued. “Did you tell the princess about, the bracelet”

  “Yeah, the conversation about that led to us starting…” I said. I was having trouble bringing up the dating thing in front of Liltih. “It started when I told her”

  “Oh, well that's fine. You should be honest with your partner” Lilith said. “But, I am sad you told her before me, though”

  “Well, I was pnning on telling you, but you were… busy” I say, super embarrassed.

  “Oh, do you want to talk about that?” She asked me.

  “Um, no, yes, no definitely not” I say going back and forth. I wanted to know more about Liliths retionship, but also was overcome with horrible jealousy.

  I remember what I thought about when I overheard her. What I fantasized about.

  “Are you ok” Lilith said, moving over to me. She ended up pcing her hand on my chin, tilting up my head to look at her.

  “I’m fine, it’s just…” I don’t think I can tell her that I wanted to do things I overheard with her, or anyone else. “Nope nevermind” I say, fidgeting. I was basically just holding onto the hem of my skirt at this point, making sure I didn’t move my hands.

  My mind kept moving back and forth between st night, and what I felt earlier.

  We sat for a while talking, but I couldn’t really focus on anything. My mind kept drifting, and I kept looking at Lilith’s… more private areas.

  Eventually though, it was getting te, and I needed to get sleep for the next day of csses.

  As we were saying our goodnights, Lilith brought something up.

  “So, I would like it if we got more time to spend together, so I was wondering if you wanted to make this a nightly thing” she said. “Just so we can talk about our days together, and just spend some time together. Like we used to”

  I had been missing spending time with Lilith over the st few years, and spending time with her would be nice.

  “Um, sure, that would be great” I said with a smile.

  “Awesome, just come by, the same time tomorrow” she said.

  With that, we parted for the night.

  I made my way back to my room and id down on my bed, thinking about the conversation I had had with Lilith.

  And came away with one thought.

  “She didn’t have a problem with me”

  ∴

  The next morning went completely normally. I woke up, went for my run, took a shower, and met up with Emily in the morning like normal.

  “Did you talk to your sister about everything st night?” she asked me, while doing my hair.

  “Yeah, I did” I said, with a smile. I was feeling really happy right now.

  “Based on your smile, it went well then?”

  “Yeah, Lilith was understanding, everything went great” I said.

  “Well, that's good.” Emily said.

  “Yeah, and she even said she wanted to talk more, just about what is going on in our lives” I said.

  Then Emily dropped the brush she had in her hands.

  “Hmm, what was that” I ask, trying to turn to look at her.

  “Nothing, just split out of my hand” she said, forcing me to face the mirror again. I am not entirely sure why, but she seemed to be in a weird mood at the st thing I said.

  “Hey, Nyx” she said after a few seconds. “Has your sister ever done anything weird with you before?”

  “What… I don’t think so” I say thinking back on my time with Lilith. There were the weird feelings I had during my time with her, but I don’t think she did anything weird to cause them, that would be on me. “There was the time I woke up in her room, but that was after a long day. I think I just fell asleep”

  “Hmm, that could be something” Emily said under her breath. “Nyx this might be a weird question, but if I asked you not to go, would you listen to me?”

  “What?” I said, completely confused. “Why would you not want me spending time with Lilith?”

  “Just a thought, but don’t worry about it” she said, with a beautiful smile.

  ∴

  At the end of the school day, Emily told Nyx that she had something to do, so they parted ways for the day.

  As she walked through the school, looking for someone, she thought back to this morning.

  SHe thinks she overstepped. Emily saw it right away.

  The fear in Nyx’s eyes when she brought up her idea. She started to shake, like a small animal.

  EMily wanted to do things like control Nyx, but if it isn’t reciprocated then its no good. She needs Nyx to want it to, and based on their first kissing session, there was a good path forward.

  BUt this was different. Even after meeting only a few times, Emily knew what kind of person Lilith was. And she didn’t think permission was something she would wait for.

  After asking around, she found Lilith at one of the bs for students in the research css.

  Emily wasn’t sure what she was doing down here, but as the student council president, it wasn’t to outrageous.

  “Yeah, the potion you gave me st time worked perfectly, I just need more of it” Emily overheard Lilith asking one of the students.

  “Of course. But it will take a day to get it to you” they said to her.

  “That's fine, I'll come back tomorrow for it” she said, with a huge smile. And with that exchange done, Lilith walked out of the b, only to be meet with Emily waiting for her.

  “Well, hello Ms. Princess” She said.

  “Hello, future sister-in-w” Emily said, trying to antagonize Lilith.

  “Don’t you dare” Lilith said. Emily could see the rage in her face right away.

  “So, what do you want that sleeping potion for?”

  ∴

  Emily said she had something to do today, and so did Rose, so I had nothing to do.

  I have no clue what they were up to today, but it did give me a chance to do some stuff I hadn’t had a chance to do in a while.

  Since during the weekends, I could go hunting now, I didn’t need to spend all of that time training.

  But thanks to this time, I am able to walk around and start a bunch of quest lines from the game. The only reason I am doing this is because there are a bunch of skills you can get from these quest lines.

  And I need one of those for grinding, after I get the dawnbringer, so like three steps down the line.

  And the quest line I need that from is from my magic research teacher.

  But when I go to talk to them, I find myself in an interesting situation.

  “Yes, if you just bring back this book from those ruins, it will help greatly in my research” my teacher said. THis was the research I was going to ask to help with. THe quest was pretty easy, there was a castle in thornvale that had a library with a book they wanted. Get it for them, and it starts to unlock advanced magic for the base elements.

  THe weird thing was that they were telling this to another student. I know from the game that if the pyer does not offer to help, no one would ever help the teacher.

  “Great, I’ll get it as soon as possible” the other student said. I recognized them from my css. I didn’t know her name off the top of my head, but they were one of the students not from the game.

  And I put two and two together quickly.

  For the first time since I was reincarnated, I found one of the other pyers.

  As they finish talking to the teacher, they walk past me while I stand still in confusion.

  Quickly getting myself together, I quickly follow after them.

  And when I catch up to them, I grab them by the arm to stop them.

  “Hmm?” they say, finally stoping and looking at me. “Aren’t you in my css?” they say to me.

  “Um, yeah I am” I tell them. “But I need to ask you for a favor”

  “What is it?” they ask me.

  “I need the rewards for the quest you just took, so can I help you with it?”
