It was going to be a very good lesson for Ellaya as all the dummy training could only amount to a little less than actually fighting an advanced Deprave which was capable of guessing and reacting to normal humans’ tactics. She was starting to understand the difference between herself and her foe. That might be the reason she was dodging more and trying to entangle the snake like Deprave in its own body. It was the tactic that she often used. Using bigger built Depraves to show their weak parts after a lot of dodging and then hitting it with a super massive attack.

  The butler had seen her fight and also trained her in martial arts. For the butler, she was like a kid and often undermined her. It was a good lesson for both parties. I was starting to get bored as the butler knew about her tactics, it continued to be wary of its head while moving its body to defend against all the attacks that Ellaya sent resulting in its body to be a bloody mess. It continued to keep its head down even though it was heavily wounded. After some time, I got the layout of the whole battle. The snake Deprave was trying to dodge her attacks while keeping its head to attack at sharp timings when Ellaya was trying to refuel her gadget while it quickly flew back and slithered through when she was going to take an aim. It was starting to annoy me so I reached for the door knob.

  “ Are you not going to watch more?” Tuz said seeing as if the fight was getting more and more interesting but for me, it was getting near the stalemate.

  It was hardly enough for the misfit to be attacked and get butt heads by Ellaya. I was satisfied by the result as long as it led to a situation where Ellaya could run away and there were many chances where she could have run away but she did not. I had got no reason as to why she was so adamant on fighting but I was going to meddle in the fight.

  “ Let's go. It is enough.” I said while opening the door of the dimensional ship and getting out.

  I equipped myself with the body armor and used my own jumping gear to slingshot myself towards the snake head. It was mostly focused on Ellaya so it missed me coming at itself. I quickly put on the air mask and quickly went towards its mouth and stabbed it with a small blade to stop it from moving and between its poison bag and quickly made it wrinkle in pain as it was stabbed brutally in its salivary gland. I took its gland out and it tried to get its mouth closed. It missed by a second before it closed its mouth. At this moment of time, Ellaya reacted and her rocket landed on its head.

  The twist came when it activated one of my gadgets that it had installed on it`s upper head and it created a shield that stopped the bomb from exploding its brain out. I had installed it before it closed its jaw to try to swallow me whole. I had planned it already and as a result the snake was protected, I got a bag full of its venom for my anti-venom research and the fight came to a sudden halt without much dialogue. In short, everyone won. After taking the venom and storing it away, I signaled towards Tuz to stop the fight. It did as it was told and it came in between both and transformed into its original form, bounced on the snake head and hit Ellaya squarely in the chest. Both of them skipped a heartbeat. Even I was surprised and saw how it was done. It was like an acrobats stunt that had been pulled off very carefully.

  “ How was that?” Miss Tuz asked very proudly of the feat that it had pulled off. I constantly referred to Deprave as it because there was no way to differentiate between their sexes. They could transform themselves either as male or as female at any given time. It was difficult to differentiate between them.

  “ It was alright.” I replied as it was quite a stunning performance as if it was beautifully choreographed.

  “ Of course, you would say that.” It said or at least let’s call it she for the time being. She gestured at herself as if she was an acrobat and had performed a very good trick.

  I was not appalled at the trick. It was supposed to be good but at the time, the snake Deprave and Allaya were both looking at me so it was not a very big deal to pull off. Nevertheless, it was a very good act enough to be amazed at.

  After seeing Tuz, the snake Deprave butler quickly transformed itself back into a humanoid form and Ellaya was stunned for some time at seeing him transformed into someone she knew. It was known that the Depraves have a humanoid form too which only advanced ones possess but it might have been the first time for Ellaya to actually look at something like this. She was still in ful cautionary mode despite seeing the foe being turned into an ally but I had already injured its poison sack so it was alright. I signaled for her to calm down which she understood and went in one of the energy shields to keep herself at a safe distance just like a cat. I liked it about her and often teased her for this behavior.

  Tuz and the Butler were looking at each other and talking in a strange language that I had never heard before. It must be a Deprave tongue, a language within the inner circle of Depraves.Tuz looked at me and smiled. She signaled with her right thumb that everything was alright. The butler was chaotic at first trying to be on the offensive but the more he talked with Tuz, the more it calmed and started nodding.

  “ It was supposed to be a friendly match but why did you have to take my saliva? If you have wanted, I would have given it to you,” said the Butler, now in his fully human form and in fully clothed form. He had some minor scratches but other than that he was alright.

  “ Sorry about that.” I replied as it was a courtesy to answer the question. “ But was it not you who attacked my home first?”

  “ It was necessary to get your attention as the council had wanted to get your presence.”
